Your tasks:

• As director of the general practice, you take on the personnel and professional leadership of the medical team and actively promote an open and appreciative feedback culture
• You independently conduct general medical consultations and continuously and comprehensively care for an existing patient base
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals and close teamwork are part of your daily work
• You actively shape the further development of the practice and contribute to ensuring high medical care quality and efficient practice processes

Your skills:

• You hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine and already have experience in general medical care
• Initial leadership experience is welcome but not a prerequisite - there is an opportunity to gradually grow into this responsible leadership role
• You convince with high professional competence, pronounced social skills, and a respectful and team-oriented leadership style
• With your communicative strength, you build trust with patients and within the interdisciplinary team and contribute to a positive practice culture
