Electrical Site Manager
You take on the technical and personnel management of construction sites. You can expect a young, dynamic, and collegial team.
What you will do with us
- Independent management of new constructions and renovations in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors for our long-standing and interesting clientele
- Leadership, planning, organization, and motivation of your team while keeping an overview
- Preparation and follow-up of construction site administration, management of installation materials, and AVOR
- Active collaboration with architects, planners, and customers
What you bring
- Certified electrical installer EFZ with several years of professional experience
- Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you reliably and quality-consciously master even demanding situations
- A strong assertiveness as well as a goal- and solution-oriented mindset characterize you
- Outgoing, communicative personality in dealing with demanding customers as well as empathy and joy in leading employees
- Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form
- Category B driving license for your company vehicle
