- You accompany participants based on our agogic principles and help shape the atmosphere within the team.
- You actively participate in daily operations and ensure the impeccable quality of our public service.
- In addition, you support and guide the participants in carrying out their tasks.
- Location meetings with internal and external integration specialists are also part of your responsibilities.
- Administrative tasks complete your exciting area of activity.
- You have a commercial basic education or training and further education in the agogic field.
- You have professional experience in the commercial sector and are customer-oriented.
- You communicate confidently in German and are proficient in using common software programmes.
- A quick grasp and the ability to explain processes clearly and with empathy distinguish you.
- You are an independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude to life.
