YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
As Head of Fraud, Payments and Anti-Money Laundering at StarVegas, you are the central point of contact for all topics related to payment transactions, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. With your team, you ensure smooth processes and make sure that all legal requirements as well as internal guidelines are complied with. Your mission is exciting and varied:
- Leadership & Coordination: You lead the Fraud, Payments and Anti-Money Laundering team
- Monitoring Payment Transactions: You check daily deposits and withdrawals, verify payment proofs and customer data (KYC)
- Fraud Prevention: You identify and analyse suspicious activities and initiate necessary measures
- Process Optimisation: You continuously monitor and optimise payment and security processes
- Training & Development: You ensure that your team regularly participates in further training in fraud, payments and anti-money laundering
- Compliance: You ensure compliance with legal requirements, especially the Anti-Money Laundering Act
- Reporting: You prepare regular reports and keep the COO informed about important developments and results
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are exactly right for our team if you bring the following qualifications:
- Experience in a comparable role in compliance, ideally in the gambling industry or financial sector
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; English? A plus!
- Problem-solving skills, initiative and a structured way of working
- Discreet personality with very good manners
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
