What you can achieve
- You take over the operational and organizational management of the local organizational unit and involve the person responsible for leadership if necessary
- You are the contact person for doctors regarding workflows, processes, planning, and collaboration with MPAs
- You advise and support MPAs with organizational questions, problems, and uncertainties
- You are responsible for the entire administration and organization of the unit, including correspondence and coordination
- You perform diagnostic and therapeutic routine tasks (e.g., blood draws, injections, ECG) and check the accuracy of service recording, initiating corrective measures if necessary
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with at least two years of professional experience in a medical practice or hospital setting
- Solid IT user skills (MS Office, SAP; appointment scheduling advantageous)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1) as well as good French skills
- Open and appreciative communication, high organizational and social competence, and a strong service orientation
- Ability to collaborate interdisciplinarily and coordinate with various professional groups
- Willingness to take on leadership tasks and responsibility
