Are you a results-driven marketing expert with a passion for strategic growth? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, and lead cross-functional initiatives. YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Design and refine churn prevention strategies by developing data-driven frameworks, focusing on high-impact interventions to reduce attrition and boost loyalty
- Perform in-depth analysis of customer behavior, churn patterns, and end-to-end customer processes to uncover friction points, quantify business impact, and propose solutions that streamline experience and enhance efficiency
- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, and BI teams to ensure precise execution of churn mitigation plans
- Leverage and optimize internal tools and data systems to track, measure, and enhance the effectiveness of retention strategies across the customer base
- Partner closely with the Retention Operations team to embed a continuous improvement mindset into value management and lifecycle interventions
- Own churn KPIs and reporting frameworks, building performance dashboards and business cases to support decision-making at the executive level
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree (or superior) in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a top-tier management consultancy or in a strategy/analytics role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Outstanding analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with telco industry dynamics and customer lifecycle management is a plus
- German is a plus
