To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent and experienced person as Hand Over Specialist 100% (m/f) for the largest and most modern Commercial Vehicle Center Schlieren in the region directly at the Limmattal junction.
Your tasks
- Customer support in the area of vehicle functionality: first point of contact for questions regarding vehicle functions
- Accompany test drives and deliver vehicles to end customers including instruction on the vehicle and new services (connectivity/digitalization)
- Perform various delivery checks, ensure and care for display vehicles
- Collaboration with the importer
- Vehicle transfer
- Organization and execution of CZV courses
- Active participation in marketing campaigns as well as events and exhibitions
- Active support of the sales team
Your profile
- Completed automotive technical training in the commercial vehicle sector
- Valid driving license category C / CE
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Strong interest in the latest technical developments in the automotive and communication sector
- MB product affinity and knowledge in the automotive sector, knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products is an advantage
- Confident appearance, team spirit and empathy
- Enthusiasm for the interesting and varied explanation of technology and technologies
