To complement our Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland team in Lucerne and to offer our customers high-quality services in sales support in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an Account Manager.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Support and assistance of our insurance partner in the non-life sector
• Accompanying field staff on visits
• Organizing training sessions and product information meetings
• Preparing offers
• Developing and expanding relationships with business partners
• Participation in risk selection
• Achieving sales targets

This is what sets you apart:

• A completed education in the insurance industry with several years of experience in sales / field service SME
• Federal diploma in the insurance industry or equivalent further education
• Independent working, proficient use of Microsoft Office, flexibility, sales- and customer-oriented behavior
• Team player
• Confident German in spoken and written form; English and French skills are an advantage
• Practical experience in corporate insurance excluding occupational pension schemes (BVG)
