Administrative & Reception Specialist (40 - 50 %)

Your tasks:
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordination with social insurance and municipalities
- Interface to invoicing
- Reception and care of residents, tenants, relatives, and external persons
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Creation of various correspondences
Your profile:
- Completed basic training
- Professional experience in companies in the social and/or insurance sector
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
- Calm demeanor even in hectic times
- High level of discretion, reliability, and service orientation
- Understanding in dealing with elderly people and empathy
