Your challenge with us
- You operate demanding security solutions in enterprise environments with Checkpoint and PaloAlto technologies
- You operate demanding network solutions in enterprise environments with technologies like Extreme, HPE/Aruba, and Arista
- Analysis of complex technical incidents (2nd & 3rd Lvl) and searching for solutions using the required measures
- Thanks to documentation within Managed Services, you ensure sustainable development
- To keep up with technical innovation, you improve your skills in the technologies mentioned above and work in our Lab to test products
- Thanks to the collaboration of interdisciplinary teams, you provide our clients with exceptional customer service
What you bring
- You are passionate about IT infrastructure in the field of security/network and enjoy working within a committed team
- Your approach is client-oriented, and you enjoy being in contact with our clients
- You convince with your analytical approach and your ability to solve problems
- You have completed your studies in computer science (ES/HES) or have undergone comparable training
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
