Personnel Planning Employee 100%
Your tasks
Planning and coordination of personnel resources as well as creating deployment plans using the planning tool
Contact person for employees regarding questions about availability and deployment planning
Organisation and coordination of holiday and public holiday planning
Management and monitoring of absences in deployment planning (holidays, illness, accident, etc.)
Close cooperation with supervisors and employees to ensure efficient personnel planning
Ongoing maintenance and updating of planning data
Your profile
Commercial training
Experience in personnel planning or personnel administration is an advantage
Organisational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in contact with employees (fluent German and French is an advantage)
Good MS Office skills; experience with personnel or planning systems is an advantage
High service orientation as well as discretion in handling confidential information
