Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the entire construction and project management of industrial buildings
• Responsible for tendering / awarding up to the realisation and commissioning of the projects
• You are responsible for schedule and cost control
• You are the contact person and coordinate the involved companies, suppliers, specialists, planners and authorities
• Finally, you supervise the final accounting and carry out the construction inspections

Requirements

• Training as a Federal Diploma Construction Manager in Building Construction
• You bring experience in construction cost calculation (construction cost estimation)
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the industrial sector, advantageous
• Responsible working style
• You remain calm and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Organisational talent with assertiveness
• Proficient in MS Office and Messerli
• You convince with your communication skills
