Your Tasks
You will independently care for and monitor our patients from infants to the elderly postoperatively after orthopedic trauma interventions according to current standards.
- You will carry out the nursing process (including complete service recording of materials and care) – supported by the hospital information system KISIM – and commit to the continuous optimization of nursing procedures
- You will take on shift leadership with coordination of daily work processes within the team
- You handle devices and materials professionally and resource-oriented.
- You share responsibility for achieving area and department goals and implement the specialist department's guidelines
- You work in shifts (The recovery ward closes on Saturday at 4:00 pm and opens on Monday at 7:00 am)
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse (AKP/KWS/DN II/HF/FH) and bring experience in acute care of adults and possibly children
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You can handle changing patient situations well
- You are characterized by conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work
- Your good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
