What is my role?

• You coordinate the entire purchasing process for the locations in Switzerland while always keeping an overview

• You obtain quotes, critically compare them and conduct skilful negotiations with suppliers

• You actively support exciting investment projects and contribute your purchasing expertise

• You build long-term partnerships and maintain direct contact with suppliers

• You create meaningful purchasing statistics and keep an eye on important key figures

• You conduct the annual evaluation of suppliers and ensure continuous quality

• You keep all supplier and item information up to date and well maintained in the ERP system

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - this is your solid foundation

• You have already gained practical experience in purchasing and know the procurement processes

• Excel is more than just a spreadsheet for you - you are proficient in MS Office and use it purposefully

• Numbers are your language: You work precisely, structured and keep an overview even with complex processes

• You are communicative and appreciate exchange - internally with colleagues as well as externally with business partners

• Team spirit is very important to you: You pitch in and actively contribute to shared success
