SN Energie AG has been harnessing the energy of water in the Glarus Alps for over 90 years and reliably supplies its shareholder utilities with electricity. Our core competencies include electricity production, electricity trading, energy data management, as well as other sales-oriented services for our partners and customers.
For production at our Schwanden GL site and around 40 power plants in Switzerland, we are looking for qualified support by agreement.
Project Manager

Your tasks
As a project manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of maintenance, renovation, and renewal projects. You ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and quality-assured execution of the projects. In close cooperation with the Head of Production and various internal and external stakeholders, you manage the projects from the
concept phase to commissioning. You also take care of tenders, contracts, compliance with legal regulations and environmental requirements, as well as seamless project documentation. Furthermore, you assist in building a project portfolio management and transparent reporting.
Your profile
Completed technical education (e.g., Engineer FH/ETH, Technician HF) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, or civil engineering
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the fields of hydropower or infrastructure construction
Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and
negotiation skills
Ideally experience in tendering, awarding, and contract management
High personal responsibility, structured working style, and entrepreneurial thinking
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, creative ideas, and courage to think beyond conventional solutions
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
