You are responsible for the further development and operational management of the day care on a personnel, pedagogical, administrative, and organisational level. Together with the team and based on our framework concept and quality guidelines, you shape the care, conceptual, and administrative-organisational processes. You support the staff in their work with the children and occasionally participate in the daily care routine. In addition, you are responsible for the assigned budget and maintain active professional exchange with the division managers and site managers of other care locations. Constructive collaboration with the school and school management is also expected.
