Job Description
As Groupleader Production (m/f/div.), you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of around 50 employees. You are responsible for order processing while adhering to qualitative, quantitative, and deadline requirements.
Your tasks essentially include:
- With professional and disciplinary leadership, you support your employees as a coach and promote, motivate, empower, and evaluate them
- Defining measurable goals for team leaders and their teams, on the basis of which a continuous improvement process can be established as a routine, is part of your responsibilities
- Workshop management is part of your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for optimizing new and existing manufacturing processes with a focus on organizational workflows
- You create and maintain documentation
- Assisting with technical processes or setup optimizations as well as leading system CIP projects complete your range of tasks
Qualifications
- Education: Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician (m/f/div.)) ideally with further education at FH / HF / university level (e.g., technician)
- Personality and working style: Flexible, expressive, and communicative personality with a high quality awareness and a systematic and solution-oriented working style
- Experience and know-how: Leadership and planning experience, confident use of MS Office as well as good SAP knowledge are advantageous
- Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German, any additional language is a plus
