• You develop new concepts and strategies including communication for lighting in the city of Lucerne and implement them in close cooperation with external partners.
• You manage projects in civil and road construction including drainage and public lighting.
• You play a key role in budget and forecast preparation.
• You maintain existing contracts with operators and draft new contracts.
• You represent the public lighting specialist area and are responsible for recording and managing damage reports related to public lighting.
• You are the contact person for complex issues and support the digitization of processes and workflows (building specialist modules/software).

• You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering complemented by management training.
• You have strong knowledge in project and construction management and bring a flair for developing strategies.
• You are a communicative personality with a confident demeanor and negotiation skills.
• Your working style, organizational and negotiation skills are characterized by thoroughness as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
• Networked thinking comes easily to you and you approach your tasks solution- and goal-oriented.
• You bring initiative and work successfully both independently and in a team.
