Tasks

Fresh bread and fresh bakery products are your passion. That is why you lead our department and always provide our customers with an equally fresh shopping experience.
You ensure replenishment: Thanks to you, nothing that customers want is missing, you bake breads and present them optimally.
You gladly share your extensive knowledge and advise your customers competently.
You and your team are one: You lead it and at the same time ensure that everyone feels comfortable.

You have successfully completed your basic retail training or you have gained a lot of experience in sales? Great!
You score points with us if you have already led people and have experience in sales - for example in a similar role.
Additional points are also awarded for your product knowledge about bread and bakery products.
You have a very good command of German, both written and spoken.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
