Do you have proven experience in the field of credits, more specifically in the valuation of at-risk receivables, complemented by team leadership? If you are looking for an opportunity to leverage your skills, this position is your chance.

Specifically?

• You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of about ten managers specialized in handling at-risk receivables and debt collection.
• You will analyze complex cases and propose appropriate recovery strategies.
• You will work closely with the Front & Back-office departments.
• You will ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.
• You will regularly inform the bank's governing bodies about the risk level of the monitored cases.

• You have a higher commercial education (ES, HES or equivalent).
• You have proven experience in the credit field, with in-depth knowledge of legal and accounting aspects.
• You have experience in team leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical person, you have an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are skilled in negotiation and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Finally, your communication skills are fluent in French and German.
