Description
We are looking for our engineering office in Fribourg, Route de Beaumont 20, in sanitation:
Sanitary Project Manager (M/F)
Your profile:
- Management of SANITARY projects of small and large scale in various techniques,
- Responsibility for planning and organizing studies, technical and financial monitoring of projects,
- Development of technical concepts related to project constraints,
- Advice to Project Owners and architects on applicable solutions,
- Preparation of calculations and technical design documents for the project,
- Management of collaborators (engineer, technician, modeler), who may participate occasionally or permanently in projects,
- Participation in the internal improvement of the company's processes,
- Technological watch.
Your function:
- Basic technical training in Sanitary Installations and Special or Medical Gases, completed by higher education (Engineer HES/ES, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training),
- Experience in managing complex medium and large-scale projects (industry, laboratories, medical),
- Mastery of effective legal and normative constraints in Switzerland and in the Canton of Vaud, Fribourg.
- Experience in managing a multidisciplinary work team, in a spirit of collaboration and mutual assistance,
- Communication skills, negotiation, and prioritization to defend with external project partners,
- Flexibility, autonomy, ability to adapt in a team,
- Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession,
- Perfect mastery of common IT tools and software,
- Good knowledge of BIM and strong interest in its integration into engineering,
- Several years of experience in the field of Sanitary Installations.
