Gastronomy Campus UZH Irchel
The gastronomy at the University of Zurich (UZH) has been managed by ZFV for over a hundred years. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate every six months through a new, exciting gastronomy operation. You will get to know all aspects of campus gastronomy, from the upscale à-la-carte restaurant to lively cafeterias and modern cafés and event locations. You cook daily for thousands of guests, learn about the diversity of communal catering, and gain valuable experience in production, catering, and service.

- Zentrum & Irchel: large operations with multiple outlets and diverse catering
- Platte 14: urban restaurant with counter concept
- Cafeteria Rämistrasse: self-service concept as well as catering service
- Restaurant Forum in the Continuing Education Center: stylish gastronomy
