Tasks

What you will shape with us
Our IT stands for the reliable operation and further development of a modern, hybrid system landscape. With around 300 employees and approximately 170 IT users, we operate an infrastructure of on-premises systems, networked construction site solutions, Microsoft 365, and central business applications.

• You ensure reliable 1st and 2nd level support together with internal and external partners and assist our employees with IT concerns
• You are responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of users - from providing to reclaiming hardware
• You install, configure, and maintain our IT workstations and ensure smooth operation of hardware and software
• You actively contribute to the further development and rollout of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot
• You support the expansion of our modern device and endpoint management and contribute to standardisation and automation
• You work on IT infrastructure projects and take responsibility for sub-projects
• You create and maintain documentation and instructions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Completed IT training or solid, comparable professional experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager is an advantage
• Enjoy working at the helpdesk and supporting users in all IT matters
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• High willingness to learn and strong quality awareness
• Driving licence category B (for occasional site visits and assignments on construction sites)
