You actively shape the interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to the further development of evidence-based, high-quality, and patient-centered intensive care nursing. As an integral component of your leadership role, you promote cross-location collaboration and drive its optimization forward.

Your Area of Responsibility

• You take over the strategic and operational management of the nursing service of the Center for Intensive Care Medicine
• You are responsible for leading 180 employees, nursing quality, and training
• You optimize processes and resources, drive digitalization forward, and carry budget responsibility for the nursing area
• You intensify collaboration and exchange within and outside the LUKS Group and actively shape the intensive care medicine network

Your Experience

• You have completed training as an expert in intensive care nursing NDS HF or an equivalent SGI recognition as well as several years of professional experience in intensive care nursing
• You possess solid leadership experience and completed management training or the willingness to complete it (MAS)
• You are an innovative and empathetic leader, think strategically, and implement projects in an interprofessional environment. Interprofessionality and interdisciplinarity are a matter of course for you
• Through your pronounced communication and teamwork skills, you successfully shape change processes and contribute to a positive corporate culture
