Profile

Do you see yourself becoming a Restaurant Manager one day? The Assistant Trainee training programme will first train you as an assistant, so that you become the right-hand person to the restaurant manager. Through this role, you carry the operational responsibility of the restaurant on a daily basis. Thanks to initial experience in team leadership, you lead teams with great dynamism. Teamwork is essential to you for success. Even in the most intense moments, you know how to keep your cool and support your colleagues, as you feel involved in the overall activity of the restaurant.
