To expand our team we are looking for the department Erlenhof | Carpentry & Wood Workshop at our location in Reinach, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a:

Carpenter with Federal VET Diploma (m/f/d) 80% - 100%

Production employee with pedagogical responsibility

The carpentry and wood workshop of Erlenhof | Centre combines its integration mission with high-quality carpentry craftsmanship. We create practical work, training and integration places for young people and adults, consistently aligning with the standards of the primary labour market.

The Erlenhof | Carpentry & Wood Workshop of the Erlenhof Centre plans and realises individual products and construction projects made of wood on behalf of customers. The range includes furniture making, interior fittings, kitchens, doors, floors, stairs as well as service and repair work.

In the attached wood workshop, pallets are also recycled and home accessories and small series made of wood are designed and produced.

• Implementation of practical training and integration processes according to the pedagogical concept, support and education planning.
• Versatile and exciting work in the areas of furniture making, interior fittings and kitchen construction
• Collaboration in a motivated, collegial team with genuine passion for carpentry craftsmanship
• Shaping a respectful and practical training environment
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies

• Completed training as a carpenter with Federal VET Diploma
• Trainer of apprentices with corresponding experience
• Professional experience in furniture making, interior fittings or kitchen construction
• Driving licence category B
• Joy in carpentry craftsmanship as well as a creative sense for high-quality solutions
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Interest in working with people in different life situations
