Job description

You are responsible for the professional execution of our projects in the area of DDI (DNS, DHCP & IP Address Management). You plan, advise and implement customer projects with our DDI management solutions (EfficientIP and VitalQIP). Together with the customers, you create IP, DNS/DHCP, and DNS security concepts and implement these with our IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions. Your careful work contributes significantly to the success of our customer projects.

You will have enough time to familiarise yourself with this interesting topic, supported by an existing and long-established team of specialists.

As an important contact for our customers, you will also support them beyond the project duration as a 2nd and 3rd level support engineer. In addition, you will be available as a specialist for our sales and marketing department and support them in corresponding on- and offline activities.

Qualification

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally have several years of professional experience. If you have already completed higher IT education, are studying part-time or are even already working as a network engineer, this is a great advantage. Ideally, you have initial practical experience with DNS (ISC BIND, MS DNS), DHCP and IP Address Management or are even familiar with products from the DDI environment. The most important thing, however, is that you can enthuse yourself for something new!

Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through a professional working style and understand how to carry out projects in a goal- and customer-oriented manner. Good knowledge of German and English as well as high flexibility, teamwork skills and a confident manner in dealing with customers complete your versatile profile.
