You will
- support the head of corporate and institutional clients in administrative and organizational matters as well as in the leadership process
- organize, coordinate, and document meeting appointments, sessions, and events
- handle various multilingual (German, French) communication tasks (intranet, employee magazine, correspondence) for the area
- independently lead smaller projects, collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives, and create meaningful documents and presentations
- be part of the "Business and Management Support" team and support your colleagues with various tasks
You bring
- several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Further training as an executive assistant (federal diploma) is an advantage but not a must
- a pronounced service orientation and affinity for dealing with digital processes and tools
- very good oral and written knowledge of German and good to very good knowledge of French
- a thoughtful, proactive, reliable, and structured way of working as well as initiative
- a discreet, trustworthy, and communicative personality
