At the Life & Health Home, we welcome people of all ages who require sustained nursing care and whose support needs in all daily living activities are significant.

These individuals have an intellectual disability, with or without autism spectrum disorder, with or without multiple disabilities. We also support people with severe brain injuries with central neurological damage of accidental or residual origin (TBI, stroke, post-brain tumour treatment, minimally conscious persons, etc.). Close collaboration with the RHNE allows us to meet the beneficiaries’ needs through a multidisciplinary team.

The Life & Health Home offers specialised and individualised support in welcoming and adapted living spaces at the Fleurier and Couvet sites, thanks to qualified educational and nursing staff. The homes pay particular attention to providing a harmonious community social life while respecting each person’s privacy, with each individual having their own living space.

Your mission:

You ensure the safety, well-being and quality of sleep of the service beneficiaries during the hours of 20:45 to 07:15 at our Fleurier site. You competently hand over the night’s events to the educational team.

If we decide to collaborate, you will be added to our substitute list. Depending on your availability, we will contact you to offer assignments during absences of our permanent team members. Payment is on an hourly basis.

Your profile:

• You hold a nursing assistant, health auxiliary diploma or an equivalent profile and have several years of experience.
• You place great importance on the well-being of people with disabilities.
• You are committed to meeting the safety, comfort and hygiene care needs of beneficiaries with kindness and professionalism.
