Spitex Wettingen-Neuenhof AG is a modern, future-oriented service company. With around 85 employees, we are responsible for outpatient assistance and home care in the municipalities of Wettingen and Neuenhof (approx. 31,000 inhabitants). As a training and educational company, we train in the professions of Health Specialist EFZ, Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, as well as Commercial Employee EFZ.
We are looking for you as a new
Trainee Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ from August 2026
What awaits you
- Supporting, caring for, and looking after our clients of all ages in everyday life or after an illness
- The distances between clients are covered by e-bike
- Changing dressings, administering medication, and taking blood samples are part of the job profile, as well as administrative and household tasks
Requirements
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Enjoyment in working with people
- Willingness and motivation for theoretical and practical learning
- Physical and mental resilience
- Independence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Careful working method and good observation skills
- Empathy and an appreciative basic attitude
