Your Tasks
- You manage a portfolio of commercial spaces
- You support and advise tenants and owners and coordinate the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control and post accounts payable
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You oversee the current rental policy and advise property owners on setting rental rates
- You carry out changes to rental agreements, rental rate changes, and indexed rental adjustments
Your Profile
- You have a federal diploma in property management or are on your way to obtaining one
- You bring initial professional experience in the real estate industry
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You embody the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- Your native language is German, and ideally, you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
- You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
