Your new job
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the Coordination Office team
- Ensuring a high-quality service and its continuous development
- Active participation in the day-to-day business of the Coordination Office
- Management of the employee pool
- Support of the Health Department in various projects
- Participation in public relations and attendance at internal and external working groups
- Maintaining active collaboration with internal and external specialists and partner institutions
Your qualifications
- Qualified nursing professional (FH / HF, DN II or equivalent training)
- Leadership training as well as proven leadership experience and several years of professional experience in nursing
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Resilient, flexible and communicative personality with a strong customer and service orientation
- Good IT skills and administrative abilities
- Good knowledge of French or willingness to further develop it
- Experience in outpatient nursing is an advantage
