For the central secretariat of VCS Switzerland in Bern, we are looking for a

Insurance Advisor in Internal Services (60%)

This is what you will do with us:

• You have an open ear for the concerns and needs of our members regarding insurance matters
• You advise our members in a friendly and competent manner by email and telephone in German and French (no evening or weekend shifts; home office is possible)
• You are responsible for the administrative processing of insurance policies (creating and sending quotes, recording in the IT system, creating statistics and evaluations)
• You participate in team meetings and workshops and actively contribute your ideas

This is what you bring with you:

• You have the certificate as an insurance intermediary or are willing to obtain the VBV certification financed by VCS
• You are characterised by a high level of service orientation and customer focus
• French is your mother tongue and you also speak good German
• You have good knowledge of common office tools and are open to learning new systems and applications
• You identify with the goals of VCS
