Job Description
- Nursing and care of surgical and medical patients who require continuous and thorough monitoring
- Triage and care of emergency patients
- Cross-departmental work with the recovery room
- Coordination of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration among the various specialties
- Conducting laboratory analyses (POCT) in the emergency department
- Participation in internal processes and restructuring
Qualifications
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH with IMC certification
- Several years of solid professional experience is an advantage
- Flexibility as well as physical and mental resilience
- Ability to apply professional, social, and self-competence in a situation-specific manner
- A quick grasp of everyday work
- A high level of quality and sense of responsibility
- Reliability, organizational skills, and a high level of service readiness
