Social Pedagogy, 80% from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement

Bachtelen is committed in the canton of Solothurn with various offers for the promotion and integration of children, adolescents and young adults.

TADO, as part of Bachtelen, is a special school in Dornach and educates about 40 children and young people from the region. Since summer 2025, TADO has been offering an individualised programme for children and young people with an increased need for special educational support.

Do you like to occasionally leave well-trodden paths and open up new ways?

• You are an experienced social pedagogue
• You have interest and sensitivity in working with young people with challenging behaviour
• You offer young people support and guidance in various life activities and like to leave "familiar" settings
• You enjoy accompanying young people in individual care and small groups and work systemically.
• You are creative and enjoy experiential pedagogical activities
• You like to work closely in a team with people from the social pedagogical, curative educational and psychological fields
• You like to share your expertise and skills within the team and are open to learning new and different things
• You are reliable, flexible, resilient and can take responsibility
• You like to help further develop a young school programme
• You build your key person work systemically
