Your new tasks
- With your team of about 6 employees, you warmly take care of our guests, are responsible for their culinary well-being, and ensure a professional and smooth service
- You recruit, lead, train, plan, and motivate your team in coordination with the branch manager
- You are responsible for the duty rosters (opening hours are Mon – Fri from 10:00 to 18:30 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 17:30), the cost of goods, inventory, and budget control
- Adhering to high quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you
- You are responsible for the economic operating result
- Weekly menu planning
- Assistance in the restaurant
You bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy with leadership responsibilities
- You live hospitality with heart and passion
- Team player, resilient, ambitious, and independent
- Very good communication skills
- Organizational and leadership talent
- You keep an overview and pitch in where it is needed
- Very good German skills and excellent manners
