Job Description
What to expect
- In this key role, you will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a team of around six employees in the areas of tendering, awarding, scheduling and cost planning
- You actively shape the quality of our projects as well as the cost planning (BKP, cost estimates, cost quotations) and strategically develop the department
- You bear overall responsibility for tendering and awarding processes according to SIA
- You are responsible for controlling and verifying the plausibility of scheduling across all project phases
- You advise and support project managers on cost and tendering-related issues
- You develop standards, methods and processes in the AVA environment further
- You actively participate in acquisition and competitions (cost / strategy)
Qualifications
What you bring:
- You have successfully completed training in construction (architecture, civil engineering, construction technology or similar)
- Your career shows several years of experience in tendering, awarding and cost planning in Switzerland
- You have a confident handling of BKP, SIA phases and common AVA tools
- You have initial experience in team leadership or professional management
- You are an experienced individual with solid expertise and enthusiasm for leadership and development.
- You are characterised by a structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial thinking
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You inspire through your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
- Assertiveness combined with communication skills and team orientation complete your profile
