The IT Planning Service is the strategy, planning, and control office for the entire IT of the canton of St. Gallen. Our core task is to expand and maintain customer-oriented and secure IT services for the population and economy. We are responsible for the development and implementation of the cantonal IT strategy and organize all IT processes for efficient collaboration within the cantonal administration. In addition, we ensure smooth and secure data exchange with the municipalities, other cantons, and the federal government.

IAM Service Manager (m/f/d)
Workload: 80-100%

What to expect
- Responsibility for the secure and stable operation as well as the continuous improvement of the IAM services while adhering to data protection and data security requirements
- Development and implementation of a product strategy as well as maintenance of the roadmap for IAM solutions
- Ensuring the consistency, currency, and integrity of identity and authorization data
- Development and monitoring of SLAs as well as creation of reports on service quality and derivation of improvement measures
- Coordination and management of disruptions and problems in the IAM systems
- Analysis of business requirements, alignment with stakeholders, and evaluation of new technologies considering IT security and architectural requirements
- Creation and maintenance of IAM standards, training, documentation, processes, system architectures, and configurations
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, information security, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in service management and/or product management in the IAM field
- Knowledge in identity and access management, IT security, and compliance requirements
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
- Experience in collaboration with various stakeholders
