What to expect:
Taking over the end-to-end responsibility for the further development of business processes in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) area
Technical leadership of the stream
Management and prioritization of process improvement projects as well as implementation of measures to minimize risks
Active support of change processes and assistance with communication within the framework of change management
Responsibility for monitoring and reporting relevant process key figures (KPIs) as well as deriving optimization measures
Participation in the selection and introduction of new tools and systems as well as support during audits and certifications
Active involvement in retrospectives and feedback rounds to promote continuous improvements in the process
Promotion of an open and trusting team culture
You bring with you:
Completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, supply chain management, logistics or comparable
Several years of professional experience in process management, ideally in P2P, finance environment, key user or in operational procurement/accounting
Very good understanding of end-to-end processes, digitization and the requirements of modern finance and procurement organizations
Experience in the application and optimization of ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM) and process management tools (e.g. Signavio, Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
Communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders – from departments to IT to external partners
Change management competence and willingness to actively support change processes
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
Knowledge of agile methods
