About the job
Quality Officer Cleaning 50%- You conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with our cleaning standards
- You train, instruct and support employees in maintenance cleaning
- You lead employees professionally and personally and promote their further development
- You plan assignments, monitor working hours and ensure correct time recording
- You consistently implement the requirements in the areas of quality, occupational safety and health protection
- You look after our customers on site, handle complaints and ensure a high level of service quality
- You optimise cleaning processes, plan additional services and ensure efficient use of materials
- You take on administrative tasks and support the OM Cleaning as a deputy
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in the cleaning industry as well as in a leadership or quality role
- You have expertise in maintenance, basic and glass cleaning
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high awareness of quality
- You enjoy leading, training and promoting employees
- You convince through customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness
- A completed training in the field of housekeeping, facility maintenance, cleaning technology or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- You have good German skills; additional languages are a plus
- You possess MS Office skills as well as a category B driving licence
