The company develops and manufactures highly precise components for automation and production technology, used in a wide range of industries from electronics to medical technology. To strengthen the team, a committed individual is sought who will professionally manage customer service and order processing, acting as an interface between sales, production, and customers. The position offers the opportunity to take responsibility in a technically demanding environment and actively contribute to process optimisation.
- Monitoring the entire order processing including invoicing
- Preparation of key figures and SAP evaluations for controlling
- Coordination between production and customers for process optimisation
- Handling quality notifications and managing relevant master data
- Several years of experience in order processing or internal sales required
- Solid SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally mechanical manufacturing
- Willingness to support and guide commercial apprentices
- Flexible working hours
