YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a Project Manager Bid, you take responsibility for complex bidding and project processes in the modernization sector to make rail vehicles fit for the future.
- Overall responsibility for bidding projects: From analyzing the tender to the final presentation to the customer
- Coordination of all internal and external interfaces: You ensure that the technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements are met
- Budget and schedule planning: You keep an eye on costs, resources, and milestones and actively manage project success
- Strategic bid design: You form a close team with the Sales Manager and develop convincing concepts and solutions that optimally cover customer needs
- Continuous improvement: You contribute your experience to make processes more efficient and transparent
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment or in bid management
- Strong organizational skills and confident demeanor towards customers and internal stakeholders
- University degree in transportation engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable education
- Solid understanding of commercial basics and contexts
- Team orientation and strong communication skills; fluent in German and English
