About the job
Your tasks- "Meet & Greet" arriving guests as well as their care throughout the entire stay with a special focus on individual preferences and wishes
- Detailed knowledge of the current restaurant offers, happenings, and events of the day
- Recording and maintaining guest data, feedback, and preferences in the POS system to ensure excellent service
- Coordination and communication of guest requests, special arrangements, and VIP services in close cooperation with the relevant departments
- Support in checking VIP rooms and suites
Your profile
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage, other foreign languages are a great plus
- Organizational talent, guest-oriented as well as a team player and resilient
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Student at a hotel management school recognized by L-GAV
