What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the establishment, further development and monitoring of quality management in the assigned projects
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Planning and conducting process audits as well as supporting internal and external inspections
- Definition and establishment of KPIs and quality metrics to measure and control quality
- Identification, assessment and management of risks in the project and system context
- Conducting root cause analyses and deriving sustainable improvement measures
- Close collaboration with development, testing and operations for continuous process optimisation
What you bring with you
- Completed training or higher vocational education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management in the IT environment
- Sound knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- Experience in conducting process audits and dealing with compliance requirements
- Confident handling of KPIs and quality metrics to evaluate processes and results
- Knowledge in risk management and systematic root cause analysis
- Structured, analytical and assertive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
- Military experience as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
