Care Assistant SRK on an Hourly Wage in Zurich/Aargau 20-50%

We are looking for mums and dads with heart who want to return to care – with flexible working hours, a team that thinks along, and an induction that really gives you confidence.

• 07:30 You start from home. First assignment in your residential area — max. 20 minutes drive.
• 07:45 Morning routine with Mrs M. — personal care, dressing, a short conversation. You have time. No next patient is already ringing.
• 08:15 Drive to the next client. Window down, radio on. You quickly document via app while taking a break.
• 08:30 Personal care, dressing — you do what you are trained for. The client’s son is at home and thanks you.
• 09:00–12:00 A few more assignments — the clients look forward to seeing you because you know each other well.
• 12:00–16:30 Long lunch break — you choose where and how long. No break room, no time clock.
• 16:30–18:30 More clients for the evening routine.

A day too long? With us, you can also work only mornings or evenings.

What you do with us

• ✅ Basic and personal care for clients at home
• ✅ Medication administration and simple nursing treatment services
• ✅ Accompaniment and support in everyday life — also a contact person for relatives
• ✅ Collaboration with physio, ergo and nursing professionals in the team

• ✅ Completed SRK care assistant course — experience in care, support or a social profession
• ✅ Driving licence category B and own car — you drive daily between assignments.
• ✅ German skills B1–B2 — you understand care instructions and can express yourself clearly with clients and in the team.
• ✅ Resident in the Zurich region — your assignments are nearby, no long commute.

• ⏱️Workload according to your needs, 20–50% — ideal for mothers/fathers, students or returnees.
• 🗺️ Assignments in your residential area, max. ~20 minutes drive — no long commute.
• 🏝️ 5 weeks holiday, plus health bonus — up to 2 additional days per year.
