- Team Coach: You are a mentor for your 17-member team, supporting trainees, developing talents, and fostering a spirit that is contagious

Your Competencies
- Foundation: A completed training as a nursing professional or FaGe EFZ with solid experience
- Leadership: You have leadership experience (or the talent for it) and want to take on responsibility
- Vibe: You are decisive, empathetic, and keep your humour even in hectic moments
- Organisational Talent? Absolutely. You work in a structured way, love acting independently, and use digital tools as confidently as your smartphone

The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken, as well as various practices. As a modern hospital group, we ensure outpatient and inpatient, multidisciplinary medical and psychiatric care in the eastern and central Bernese Oberland.
