Job Description

• Planning and confirmation of customer orders including coordination of production orders and foam block inventory
• Creating, maintaining and releasing production orders in SAP
• Operational production planning for the various production areas
• Maintenance and updating of the detailed planning board as well as checking of backlogs
• Preparation and active participation in production meetings
• Close coordination with production and supply chain management
• Participation in projects and continuous optimisation of planning processes
• Maintenance of master data in SAP (disposition views, etc.)
• Substitution for team colleagues
• Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of applicable safety and quality standards
• Ensuring sustainable and resource-conserving working methods

We expect

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in production or disposition planning, ideally in an industrial environment
• Sound SAP knowledge (SAP S4H / PPS module)
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different interfaces
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
