Head of Internal Sales 80-100%
As Head of Internal Sales, you take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our team. Your goal: to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-oriented process of all sales activities and thereby significantly strengthen the sales promotion and our service excellence at Walde Immobilien AG.
You actively shape the further development of the department – from optimizing daily business to introducing new concepts and processes to passing on know-how about sales processes and systems (including CRM). As the interface between real estate consultants, customers, marketing, and other departments, you are a key driver for quality, efficiency, and growth.
Your core tasks
Leadership & Organization
Professional and personnel management of the internal sales team
Promotion of motivation, team spirit, and development of employees
Ensuring professional customer service and efficient processes
Process Management & Optimization
Ensuring that sales processes are consistently followed and continuously improved and developed
Standardization of central processes (lead processing, CRM, offers, contracts, invoices)
Ensuring high quality and service standards
Participation in projects in the areas of digitization, CRM development, and process automation
Conceptual and organizational further development of the holiday property department
Reporting & Control
Preparation of sales statistics, evaluations, and decision templates for management
Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving measures to achieve goals
Operational Work
Support in daily business: processing leads, offers, contracts, and invoices
Ensuring high service quality in direct customer contact
Maintenance and updating of the CRM system
Your profile
Completed commercial training with further education in sales/business administration
Several years of professional experience in internal sales or a comparable function
Proven leadership experience
Solid knowledge in process and project management
Very good knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com is an advantage) as well as MS Office
Entrepreneurial thinking, high service and customer orientation
Strong leadership and coaching skills combined with organizational talent, communication strength, and enthusiasm for implementation
