The ICT department is responsible for the evaluation, procurement, implementation as well as the operation and support of our highly complex ICT infrastructure. More than 100 different software solutions are used hospital-wide to enable a smooth and efficient working day.
Due to sensitive personal and patient data, the secure and reliable operation of systems and devices has the highest priority.
Here you will be involved
- Receiving, analyzing, and processing requests in the hospital environment
- Locating, narrowing down, and resolving malfunctions or initiating escalation procedures
- Application support for Office products and specialized software solutions
- On-site support for users in the hospital environment
- Close collaboration with application managers and external partners
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations including peripheral devices
- Participation in on-call duty
You
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in 1st-level support and/or service desk
- Good solid knowledge in the client environment, especially with Windows 11 and Office applications
- Independent, eager to learn, and creative personality with a high quality orientation and solution-oriented approach
- Team player with pronounced social skills, personal responsibility, and a friendly as well as professional demeanor
- ITIL know-how (incident, service request, problem, and change management) is an advantage
- Structured, precise, and independent working style with assertiveness
- Enjoyment of direct contact with users and German language skills at native level
