The set goals and requirements for our kitchen team are very high, especially regarding quality, creativity, and processing. Everything created in the Collina kitchen is prepared with fresh products and in-house production. To complement our kitchen team, we are looking for a Dishwasher Staff 80-100% starting from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your versatile tasks

• Cleaning of all kitchen utensils as well as loading dishes and cutlery

• Proper operation of dishwashing machines and their maintenance

• Cleaning the kitchen as well as the associated kitchen equipment and storage rooms

• Cleaning work according to the internal cleaning plan

• Adhering to processes and structures

• Maintaining and implementing order and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• First professional experience in a similar role in upscale gastronomy is an advantage

• High awareness of quality regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and order

• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage

• Motivated personality, team player

• Clean and independent working style

• Physically resilient, well-groomed appearance, and good manners
